For children aged 4 months to 4 years, one unit is approx. 30 minutes, and a parent is required to join. From the age of 4 years, one unit is 60 minutes. The Swim Academy is free of charge for stays of minimum 7 days.
5 x weekly guided hiking tours (from family hikes to summit victories) NEW!!! since summer 2020, member of Berg Aktiv in Gerlos, you can join also that active program for free
Mountain bike tours: 5 x guided tours per week
Wellness activity programme: Yoga, Qi Gong, pilates, back exercises, barbell training with music and Nordic walking
Family sport programme: Fitness boot camp - indoor/outdoor, Circle training, TRX starting with kids 8 years, yoga
