Our family hotel in Gerlos in the Zillertal is as versatile as a chameleon. A place that can be anything. Sometimes an adventure center, sometimes a retreat. Sometimes a playground for everyone and sometimes a secret hideaway for you alone. We, the Kammerlanders, live and love our house. Everything that suits us as a family also finds its place in the Kröller. So that your loved ones feel right at home - or even more at home.

Has the Kröller discovered families or have the families discovered the Kröller? Chicken or egg? It doesn't really matter. Our hotel has been a real family affair for four generations and we are hosts through and through. That's why at least one of the Kammerlanders is always buzzing around the house. Together we make the Kröller your temporary home. And ensure your happiness for as long as you stay under our roof.

At the Smileys swimming school, trained swimming instructors from the Kinderhotels Competence Academie work with the three different FREDS swim trainers.
Summer
Dash barefoot across flowering alpine meadows, build dams, race the tree-bark boat in the stream. And before you know it, you've reached the next mountain hut. We love summer: climbing through the woods, pedaling, eating strawberry ice cream. Then a dip in the outdoor pool makes your family vacation in the Zillertal perfect in summer.
Winter
When Mother Hulda really gets going, the Kröller is all about fun on the slopes and snow adventures. The world around the hotel is covered in cotton candy. Little downhill stars start their skiing careers right outside the door. The initial uncertainty disappears in a flash - and they are off to the slopes of the Zillertal Arena in no time at all. Bright eyes and glowing cheeks are included on a skiing vacation with children in the Zillertal.

Family Suite
Here, family holidays are pure fun: a cozy parents’ bedroom, a private space for the kids, plus a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious shower for extra comfort. The double washbasin provides plenty of room for brushing teeth together, while the separate toilet adds extra convenience.
With cable TV, internet access, a baby monitor, and a balcony, everything is included to keep the whole family happy.
Chalet Suite S
The smallest of our Lifestyle Suites – compact, charming & incredibly cozy!
Our coziest suite is perfect for guests who love a warm and welcoming atmosphere: relaxed design, thoughtful details, and a space made for pure comfort.
With two separate bedrooms, it accommodates 2 adults and up to 2 children – ideal for small families who appreciate a stylish yet uncomplicated holiday experience.
Chalet L with snuggle corner
A place where both young and old guests feel completely at home: a bedroom with views towards the lake, plus a cozy little nook for retreating, relaxing, and daydreaming.
The children’s room features three beds, including a cool next-generation bunk bed that sparks a sense of adventure. There’s also a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious shower to help you start the day feeling refreshed!
Chalet Suite L with living room
A place where both young and old guests feel completely at home: a comfortable bedroom with views towards the lake and a cozy living room for relaxing together.

Chalet Suite XL
Three bedrooms with views of the mountains provide plenty of space for the family. A separate living room is perfect for spending time together or simply putting your feet up and relaxing.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and two separate toilets ensure that nobody has to wait in the morning. A walk-in wardrobe offers storage space for everyone’s belongings.
Kamin Suite
There’s plenty of room here for large families: a cozy parents’ bedroom, two children’s bedrooms with cool bunk beds, and a living room with a fireplace – perfect for spending quality time together and snuggling up after an exciting day.
The bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, giving you the choice between an invigorating start to the day or a reelaxing soak in the evening.
Alpin Suite
The accommodation features a cozy bedroom with a living area, a separate children's room (some with cool bunk beds), a walk-in wardrobe, and a modern shower. A double washbasin with ample counter space and a separate toilet add extra comfort.
Tip: This unit can be combined with our Junior Suite – perfect for larger families or groups.
Junior Suite
A cozy bedroom filled with natural light and a comfortable living area invite you to relax and unwind. The spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your holiday essentials, while the large walk-in shower and generous vanity add extra comfort. A separate toilet is included for added convenience.
Tip: Can be combined with our Alpine Suite.
Landhaus Suite
A cozy bedroom with a comfortable living area for the grown-ups, a separate children’s room (without windows, located inside the suite) – some featuring cool bunk beds for climbing and dreaming – and a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of space.
A large walk-in shower, double washbasin with generous counter space, and a separate toilet provide extra comfort.
Kröller Appartment
Cozy, practical, and full of authentic Tyrolean charm! Our rustic apartment in the main building (no elevator) features a double bedroom for the adults and a separate children’s room with single beds – perfect for young explorers.
A special highlight: the apartment offers two bathrooms and two separate toilets, providing extra comfort for the whole family.
Kröller Doppelzimmer
Our double rooms in the main building (no elevator) are furnished in a rustic style – perfect for guests who love authentic Alpine charm. Each room features a shower, WC, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony with fresh mountain air and beautiful views.
Room sizes vary, and some rooms feature charming sloped ceilings.

Our talented kitchen team works their magic to keep your taste buds smiling, while the interactive buffet turns every meal into an experience for the whole family.
ALL-INCLUSIVE INDULGENCE FROM MORNING TO NIGHT
Even the biggest morning grouches can’t resist our colourful breakfast buffet, filled with fresh products from the Zillertal region. From 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, enjoy a hearty lunch featuring soup, a main course, and crisp salads from the buffet. Guests spending the day on the slopes of the Zillertal Arena can also stop by Seppi’s Ski Hut for lunch.
Sweet-toothed guests will love the afternoon buffet, available from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, featuring delicious cakes and treats. In the evening, the day ends with a tempting selection of national and international dishes from our experience buffet.
For our youngest guests, the dedicated HiPP Corner offers a wide selection of baby jars, follow-on milk, and porridges. And best of all: soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages are included all day long.

More flavour, less fuss. We focus on fresh, healthy, and regional ingredients sourced from Tirol whenever possible. The closer to our kitchen door, the better! The result is a selection of nutritious and delicious dishes that provide plenty of energy for every holiday adventure.
