To be truly equipped for young and old, you need more than a room with a balcony, telephone and WLAN. Our passion for family vacations comes from the fact that we have children ourselves and know exactly what to look out for.

Our rooms and suites are located in our 4 houses, which together form the family resort. In addition to the main house, there are also rooms and suites in our Landhaus, the Haus am Teich and our newly built Haus Seeblick. All accommodations have spacious living areas that meet all the living requirements of families.

Our lovingly designed Family Suites at the Leading Family Hotels Löwe & Bär in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis are perfectly tailored to the needs of families with children. Each suite features separate children’s bedrooms with age-appropriate sleeping arrangements, giving both parents and children their own private retreat. Spacious living and sleeping areas are elegantly furnished and create a warm, home-from-home atmosphere in authentic Tyrolean style. Standard amenities include comfortable king-size box-spring beds in the parents’ bedroom, modern bathrooms with bathtub and shower, a south-facing balcony with mountain views, as well as flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe and minibar. Especially family-friendly: all suites are equipped with an integrated electronic baby monitor (child monitoring system), complemented by baby care sets with HIPP products and a wide range of child-friendly amenities. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed layout with separate children’s rooms, parents can enjoy relaxing evening hours while the little ones sleep or play undisturbed. Depending on the category, the suites comfortably accommodate both small and large families – from classic Family Suites to spacious King Suites.
