The Aigner family
We are the 4th generation to run our **** family hotel in the unique Weissensee Nature Park. You will find us in the hotel 7 days a week in a wide variety of areas, where we love to give our families an unforgettable vacation.
Children love nature - and need it. We know this and have therefore dedicated our children's hotel in Carinthia entirely to this theme.

At the Smileys swimming school, trained swimming instructors from the Kinderhotels Competence Academie work with the three different FREDS swim trainers.

Accommodation

Our cozy wooden rooms offer everything families need: Child supervision, wellness bag, flat-screen TV, telephone, hairdryer and safe - to feel good and switch off.
Larch suite
Experience natural charm and modern comfort on 50 m². This is ensured by the simple larch wood furniture, the oak wood floors and warm colors. And if you feel like going outside, the spacious west-facing balcony offers a view of the green, lush meadows and the beautiful Carinthian mountains.
Mühlbach suite
A spacious, newly renovated family apartment awaits you on 58 m². The spruce wood walls, the larch furniture and the natural colors of the Mühlbach provide a pleasant atmosphere. Your little ones can let off steam in the separate children's bedroom with bunk beds.
Apartment "Fürst"
The perfect family apartment awaits you on 52 m². The fragrant Swiss stone pine, the oak floor and the warm loden fabrics create a pleasant atmosphere. The separate children's bedroom with bunk beds and the separate living room give you enough space to relax perfectly.
Apartment "Erika"
On 52 m² you will find enough space for the whole family. The fragrant Swiss stone pine and natural fabrics ensure a restful night's sleep. Everyone will find a place to relax in their own children's bedroom and in the separate living area. You can enjoy our forest view from the spacious south-facing balcony with lounger and seating.
Large apartment
Families will find plenty of space on 50m², thanks to the two separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and WC. The local wooden furniture and green tones create a natural atmosphere. Other features: oak wood flooring, pull-out double sofa bed, east-facing balcony with view towards the forest & parking lot or towards the forest & street, telephone, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, safe, wellness bag and child monitoring. Pets are not allowed in this room! WLAN free rooms!
Special features
As the first organic-certified Kinderhotels Europa, we spoil you with high-quality, regional and certified organic products from our own farm.
Our organic beef, refined with fresh herbs from "Grandma's organic herb garden", ensures delicious delights. Look forward to homemade pasta specialties such as ricotta salmon tascherln, porcini mushroom venison filling or Carinthian cheese noodles. Of course, we also offer vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
Our pampering board includes:
- Rich breakfast buffet with organic corner, fresh juices and homemade bread
- Crisp salads, pastries, grandma's soup pot & two warm children's meals at lunchtime
- Coffee, cake and organic teas in the afternoon
- Three choice menus in the evening with soup and salad buffet and organic cheese
- Non-alcoholic drinks all day and fresh mountain water from our own spring
Well looked after all round - for a relaxing family vacation
Your children are in the best hands at our family-run hotel! Our loving, age-appropriate childminders put their hearts into looking after our little guests from the age of 1 - 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. In the evenings, we also offer relaxed supervision from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. so that parents also have time to take a deep breath. For babies under 1 year of age, we offer hourly care by individual arrangement - completely flexible according to your needs.
You will find peace and relaxation in our wiesenSPA with a dip in the heated outdoor pool (also in winter), in our sauna world with 5 different heat sources and 4 relaxation rooms or with a massage and beauty treatment. In the meantime, the little ones can let off steam in the indoor children's pool.
We also offer a varied and nature-related weekly program, tennis courts, rowing boats, children's and adult bikes, e-bikes, mountain bikes, toboggans and much more. You can spend a relaxing day at our own swimming area. In winter, too, attractive opportunities await you in the Weissensee family ski area with cross-country ski trails, the natural ice skating school and much more.
The Weissensee PremiumCARD is new! It includes essential infrastructure offers as well as local public transport and ensures unforgettable vacation moments in summer and winter.

Activities
"Bake, bake cake, the baker has called..."
Once a week, we stir, knead and bake! Together with the children, we conjure up little treats - with lots of fun, creativity and a pinch of love.
Fun, games and action await young and old adventurers in our soft play area!
As the first Kinderhotels Europa with certified nature park childcare, our nature children's program is a real experience! While crafting with natural materials, exploring in the nature corner or discovering on the adventure trail, children learn about the wonders of nature in a playful way.
Whether in the colorful bouncy castle, on our exciting jungle gym, in the sandpit or on the small bobby car and pedal go-kart track - every child will find their favorite spot here! With slides, climbing, swings and much more, the little ones can let off steam to their heart's content and just be kids.
The Weissensee cable car takes you from the lake up to 1,324 meters in just twelve minutes. Whether it's a leisurely hike to the Naggler Alm, exciting bike trails or great viewpoints - up here, nature is waiting to be enjoyed by the whole family. And the best thing is: with the Weissensee PremiumCARD, you can travel for free in summer!
A special extra for your vacation: With your Weissensee PremiumCARD, you can use the boat trip on Lake Weissensee free of charge! Whether it's a leisurely round trip or an exciting discovery tour - the lake is an experience for the whole family.
Green meadows and forests surround our family hotel and lead you past "Grandma's organic herb garden" directly to the organic farm. Cows, calves and ponies await your visit.
A visit to the animals is a special experience: Together with our childminders and the farmer, you can help feed the animals and discover farm life up close.
