Located at Lake Klopein, in the south of Carinthia, within the perfect spot for your vacation - St. Kanzian at Lake Klopein - lies the Baby+Kinderhotel Sonnelino.

You'll find enough space, plenty scenery, cosy rooms and heart-warming personnel at this family-run business which makes it a special place for a feel-good vacation for the whole family.

The family beach includes a large area for sun beds, a sandpit right at the lake (approx. 1.500m²) and the exclusive boardwalk (approx. 320m²). The family spa is equipped with a pool for both adults and children, sauna, steaming bath, sun beds and the Miniclub provides child care and an In- and from 2023 a newly renovated Outdoor playing area. Lodging

You'll be accommodated in friendly, bright family rooms with a size of up to 52 m² which are perfectly equipped for your holiday. This makes packing suitcases at home an easy task.

Board

You'll be spoilt with regional dishes influenced by ingredients from out neighbors Italy and Slovenia. Expect a taste which lets you guess that our chefs cook with passion.

With the kitchen around Alpe-Adria we connect down-to-earth taste and tradition combined with mediterranean ease of the southern cuisine.

Your culinary journey starts with a rich and colourful breakfast buffet, continues with an indigenous lunch dish and freshly baked cake (or ice cream for the kids) afterwards. Finally you'll enjoy a several course menu for dinner among familiar faces.

Sonne Lake Spa - plenty of space for relaxation and refueling! At Sonne Lake Spa you'll choose between panoramic sauna, herbal or steaming bath. We provide a fitness area or some Yoga, Qi Gong or Nordic Walking unities. Our quiet and relaxing areas are equipped with sun beds or water beds to provide you with some time for indulgence.

Child care at Sonnelino Miniclub from 5 months age, in- and 2023 a new outdoor playing area with or without child care. A soft play area, childrens cinema, ball pool and billard table, separat resting place with beds for babies, a large play lawn with an extra large trampoline, petting zoo, football pitch, beachvolleyball area, kart facility, climbing wall, playground with sandpit, swings, slides, Stand-Up-Paddle or pedal boat - these are all the possibilities you are provided with to keep your child occupied. On top our Miniclub team ventures a diversified program on up to 6 or 7 days a week.
