1. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the United Kingdom (UK) are eligible to participate. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation requires the correct and complete provision of all requested data. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from the competition. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

2. Participation period
The competition begins on 1 March 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30 April 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.

3. Participation process
Participation is by completing the entry form on this page. To participate in the competition, participants must specify at least one possible time period during which they are available to claim their prize.
Automated participation procedures and mass participation attempts are excluded and will result in exclusion from the competition.

4. Prize and winner selection
Win a holiday (7 nights) with the whole family for the Gabby Roadshow ‘Gabby's Purrfect Moments’ at one of the participating hotels. The stay includes 7nights for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age during the “Gabby's Purrfect Moments” event.
The winners will also receive a prize bundle in advance.  
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be notified by email by 7 May 2026 at the latest.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the prize.

5. Prize terms and conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The prize can only be redeemed at participating member establishments and only at the time when the Gabby Roadshow stops at the respective establishment.
Travel to and from the venue and other additional costs are not included in the prize, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prize Package Inclusions for 2 adults & 2 children under 12
Airfare: Return flights from London to Innsbruck or Klagenfurt, Austria
Transfers: Return airport transfers to hotel
Accommodation: 7 nights’ hotel accommodation in chosen destination, based on sharing one quadruple occupancy room, with All-inclusive board

Travel Arrangements:
Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from London to Innsbruck or Klagenfurt, Austria; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; 

• The winner will be offered a choice of ten (10) hotels, each with a fixed and non-flexible date of stay, as follows: Adventure Hotel Maria (31 May 2026–07 June 2026); Familienresort Buchau (07 June 2026–14 June 2026); Leading Family Hotel Bär (14 June 2026–21 June 2026); Almhof Familyresort (21 June 2026–28 July 2026); Smiley Kinderhotel (28 June 2026–05 July 2026); Sporthotel Achensee (13 September 2026–20 September 2026); Kinderhotel Laderhof (13 September 2026–20 September 2026); Kinderhotel Kröller (20 September 2026–27 September 2026); Alpenresidenz Ballunspitze (27 September 2026–04 October 2026); Baby- und Kinderhotel Laurentius (11 October 2026–18 October 2026;
• Prize Packages for four (4) people are for two (2) adults and two (2) children under twelve (12) years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18, where any travellers are aged under eighteen (18), they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
• The prize excludes additional transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas and insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• If the winner is unable or chooses not to take up any element of the prize, that element will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided;
• The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/ 

Prize bundle terms and conditions:

All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the products listed are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; We will endeavor to get products delivered to the winner as quickly as possible. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; prize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged; recipient may need to provide ID on delivery; It is the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/guardian to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider; items will be delivered to one address within participating market; prizes will be delivered within 28 days of confirming delivery address with prize provider. The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 6. Disclaimer
The organiser is not liable for technical malfunctions, problems with data transmission or other impairments that prevent or influence participation in the competition. The organiser is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. The organiser is only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Cancellation or changes to the competition
The organiser reserves the right to change, adapt or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for technical reasons or due to force majeure, or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, for participants from the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the competition. After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal obligations to retain it.

9. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
