1. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy are eligible to participate. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation requires the correct and complete provision of all requested data. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from the competition. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.
2. Participation period
The competition begins on 1 March 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 30 April 2026 at 23:59. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.
3. Participation process
Participation is by completing the entry form on this page. To participate in the competition, participants must specify at least one possible time period during which they are available to claim their prize.
Automated participation procedures and mass participation attempts are excluded and will result in exclusion from the competition.
4. Prize and winner selection
Win one of 10 holidays (4 nights) with the whole family for the Gabby Roadshow ‘Gabby's Purrfect Moments’ at one of the participating member establishments. The stay includes 4 nights for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age during the Gabby Roadshow.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Winners will be notified by email by 7 May 2026 at the latest.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
5. Prize terms and conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The prize can only be redeemed at participating member establishments and only at the time when the Gabby Roadshow stops at the respective establishment.
Travel to and from the venue and other additional costs are not included in the prize, unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Disclaimer
The organiser is not liable for technical malfunctions, problems with data transmission or other impairments that prevent or influence participation in the competition. The organiser is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. The organiser is only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
7. Cancellation or changes to the competition
The organiser reserves the right to change, adapt or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for technical reasons or due to force majeure, or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, for participants from the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the competition. After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal obligations to retain it.
