Terms & Conditions:

1. The closing date is 31st December 2012. No entries shall be accepted after the closing date.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. One entry per member. The competition is open to all UK & Ireland residents except Kinderhotels employees, their friends, family or agents, and employees of subsidiary companies or of any organization connected with the competition.
4. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted
5. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for illegible, delayed or lost entries. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries reasonably suspected of being fraudulent will be disqualified.
6. There will be 1 voucher for accommodation in a 4* Kinderhotel (7 nights including full board for two adults and 2 children - up to 12 years of age).
7. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Only one voucher can be used per booking and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. When booking please quote the voucher code upon reservation. The booking is subject to availability. Once the booking is made general cancellation terms and condition apply.
8. The prize winner is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. The promoter strongly recommends that travel insurance is obtained.
9. The winner will be responsible for his or her own transport to and from the airport in the UK.
10. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part and the prize is non-transferable.
11. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from all entries received. The winner will be contacted by telephone or email or post within 30 days of the closing date with further details of how to claim their prize. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but if the winner cannot be contacted the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner.
12. The draw will be made by an independent person and the Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner’s name and town of residence will be published in the next Kinderhotels E-newsletter after closing of the competition.
14. Please make a note of these terms and conditions before submitting an entry.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the winner in publicity and promotional materials.
16. The prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with a prize or prizes which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. All prizes are subject to availability.
17. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
18. By entering this Competition entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in the event of circumstances occurring outside of the Promoter’s control.
