After all, parents too want to let their thoughts drift away sometimes or have a chat in peace and quiet. The level of care in Kinderhotels guarantees that the children will lack for nothing in the meantime.
All of our member establishments are inspected regularly. “Smiley” is the jolly Kinderhotel mascot – a symbol of holiday fun – but also a symbol of what each hotel has to offer.
Child care - Kinderhotels in Austria Three Smileys mean that the Kinderhotel meets the minimum criteria, whereas four or even five Smileys are awarded to hotels that provide additional services.

The “Monitoring Commission” “Testing” ensures that guests can rely one hundred per cent on the Smiley grading in the different categories. This commission is constantly carrying out stringent checks to ensure that the guidelines are observed.
